Stakeholder Facilitation Training

This course relies on the expertise of a seasoned stakeholder facilitation expert from Tetra Tech Inc. Topics include methods for identifying public concerns and values, developing consensus among affected parties, and producing efficient and effective solutions through an open, inclusive process. Specific topics included are determining who needs to be involved in the watershed planning process, making your stakeholder meetings count, diffusing conflict, making decisions using a consensus-based approach, and sustaining the stakeholder group.
